On Tuesday afternoon, St Kentigern’s Academy in Blackburn, West Lothian, requested the presence of emergency services.

At approximately 1:20 pm, law enforcement officials were dispatched to the educational institution. A student in their third year of secondary education, whose identity has not been revealed, was transported to a medical facility but passed away shortly thereafter.
